Client Spotlight

Pounce Support Services™ is pleased to present one of our newest clients – Vixen Fatale Dance Force in Edmonton, Alberta. This dance group is the brainchild of best friends Bobbi Payne and Shaenna Lawson who have been dancing since they were little girls and are also Directors of this new organization. The group focuses on community, not competition. Shaenna continues to share,

“We wanted to create an inclusive environment for women of all shapes and sizes
with any level of dance experience to come and train in heels.”

Founded in 2019 and currently operating out of rented space with Dance Theme Dance Academy, (these ladies have big dreams of owning their dance studio soon!) their unique and appealing 2022 dance classes last for 16 weeks. As you can see from the pictures the dance attire is simple, a black bodysuit, black fishnet stockings, and black boots! Open to all women regardless of their body shape, size, or their dance experience, or not.

All of which leads up to one of two annual dance shows where participants strut their newly acquired sassy moves. Family, friends, and guests are invited to take part for a minimal entrance fee, and you will see the information posted on Eventbrite.

Like a breath of fresh air, Vixen Fatale Dance Force has an everyday goal to create an inclusive dance environment where women of all dance experiences can feel safe, have fun, and build new relationships. Now, this is what the sisterhood needs to be all about!

Last year in December, the Vixen Fatale Dance Force danced their way into people’s hearts with a variety of routines and choreographies. The show received an audience of more than 250 guests and female participants turned dancers took part in solo and group performances. Here is a snippet from their December 17, 2021, show.
