Throughout my life, I have been very fortunate to have strong women who played an important role in my career and life paths whom I looked up to, and who made the time to mentor and guide me and be my friend. I see these females as the trailblazers of their time who made a significant difference in my life and I am truly grateful to have these women in my life. It’s amazing how far women have come in such a short time, just over 100 years. But there is still so much that we still need to do. It’s time to mentor the younger generation of women so that as women, we continue to move forward.
